How We Move Your Business

When it comes to moving, we know that every business is different. Whether your priority is to get your office set up in time for Monday morning or you have delicate stock that needs careful logistical planning, we’ll adopt a consultative approach and tailor our service to your company’s unique requirements.

Phone consultation

Got a move in mind? Give us a call to discuss your business’s requirements with one of our Move Managers. We’ll arrange to visit you to see precisely what needs moving and how.

Service consultation

Our surveyor will visit your business on-site to get the information we need. We’ll not only analyse access points, gather information for volume estimations and risk assessments, but discuss your priorities for the move, whether they be related to the cost or your downtime. From there, we will consult with you on the best way to move forward.

Resource &
Activity Schedule

Your Move Manager will oversee every stage of the process, and along with your quotation will produce a detailed Resource and Activity schedule in anticipation for your move to ensure everything goes without a hitch. We understand circumstances can change, so we’re happy to revisit the schedule, consult and amend before the move date if necessary.

Date in the diary

When you’re ready to proceed we’ll get a date in the diary, taking into consideration that this may be subject to change. We’ll then confirm the date once you’re happy for your plans to go ahead.

Crate Delivery

Having predetermined the number of crates needed for files, personal content and furniture from our service consultation, we’ll confirm their arrival date with you beforehand.

Courtesy Call

Your Move Manager will call you en route to ensure that access is clear for the vehicles and that all staff on-site have been properly briefed on what is going to happen.

Planning Ahead

We’ll need a floor plan of your new premises as soon as you have it, so that we can make provisions for the move. If you’re unsure on how to obtain one, we can provide you with software that will allow the building’s schematic to be drawn up.

We’ve arrived!

Your Move Manager will ensure that your move team work to the R&A schedule to get your move underway.

Move management

Your Move Manager will oversee the team directly to ensure that everyone is at the right place at the right time, keeping the process moving efficiently, effectively and most importantly – safely.

Unload & set up

Using our logical checklist, loading and labelling system, we’ll place your goods according to our detailed floor plan.

Back to business

You can trust us to leave you in an organised state. Our Move Manager will confirm you’re happy that everything has arrived and is exactly where it needs to be.
